What is your return policy?
Most of our towels are hand made making them unique and special. Slight variations of color and texture are part of their artisanal charm. In situations where a product was damaged during shipping or where something is amiss from what was provided on the website, we accept returns. We apologize in advance for any such mishap.
How do I return an item?
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Contact us by email (email@example.com) within 7 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Please include the reason for your return and the original invoice, in your email.
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All SALE items are final and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
